Delete your account and data

AubeQRC is operated by L'Aube Étoilée, Montréal (Québec, Canada). An AubeQRC account is an AubeMail account, the single sign-on of the Aube ecosystem. Contact: support@aubemail.com.

Delete your AubeQRC data yourself, immediately

In the app or on qrc.aubeetoilee.com, open the Library and delete any saved QR code: it is removed permanently, along with its scan statistics, and its short link stops working. Files uploaded for “file” QR codes are deleted the same way. No copy is kept.

Delete the account itself

To delete your AubeMail account (which signs you in to AubeQRC and the other Aube services), send an email to support@aubemail.com with the subject “Account deletion”, from the account's own address or naming that address. The deletion is carried out within 30 days.

What is deleted, what is kept

Deleted with the account: your AubeQRC library (saved QR codes, their short links and scan statistics), your uploaded files, and the AubeMail account itself with its mailbox.
Kept: nothing tied to your account. Standard technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) are retained briefly for security, then rotated away.

Deletion is permanent; there is no recovery period.
